 Cockney Walk for Help for Heroes

that The Genuine & Original London pearly Kings & Queens

Have organised on Thursday 27th August 2009

The walk will be starting from City Hall NR Tower Bridge South side At 10.30am

Via the City of London to Lambeth bridge then on to St James park for a Cockney picnic

confirmed so far are the following

20 Pearly Kings-Queens -Prince-&Princesses

up to 20 Serving Irish guards

10 WW1 &WW2 Historians who will be in full uniform form the Zulu wars to the Gulf conflict

to celebrate the Victorian cross

40+ Pearly Angels walkers who are Friends & family all will be wearing Help for Heroes T-Shirts

Our main sponsor Mr Barry Albin of F.A.Abin & Sons Funeral Directors,who's company repatriate our fallen soldiers from all over the world.

Members of the Royal marines

Members of the British Legion

and hopefully some Chelsea pensioners god willing

plus More on the day

The Lord Mayor of Southwark and the deputy Lord Mayor of London will be starting the walk

and the Lord Mayor of Westminster will be welcoming us at the end

The object is to collect as much as we can on the Day with as much impact

The city will love this show of support for a great cause and for Boys & Girls who have been injured whilst serving our Country.
