Bermondseys number one DJ began in 1979 at the Lilliput hall in Old Jamaica Rd and 30 years later vinyl is no more instead computers and mp3 players are the order of the day. The 'Event' Southwark park is my BIG gig of the year and 2009 was a major disapointment due to gang fights involving people from lewisham !! Lets hope we have one in 2010.
