1. The promoter of the Competition is Bermondsey in Pictures (the "Promoter"). The Promoter runs the website with the URL www.bermondsey.biz (the "Website").

2. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

3. To be eligible to enter the competition, the entrant must submit their entry by midnight 30tht September 2009.

4. Only one prize will be offered. We are not able to offer a choice on colour. The winner will be contacted by email and asked for their postal address. In no other circumstances will a cash alternative be offered. The prize is not transferable.

5. The Promoter shall collate the entries and the winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries . The decision of the Promoter as to who has been awarded a prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event that a winner declines his or her prize, the Promoter may elect, at its discretion, to select an alternative winner.

6. Only entries received in accordance with these Terms and all other terms and conditions will be acceptable. The Promoter will not be liable if a prize cannot be taken by a winner for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter.

7. The winner acknowledges that the prize will not comprise any further or additional components.

8. Entrants agree to allow their names and/or likenesses to be used without compensation if required by the Promoter for advertising or publicity purposes. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.

9. By entering the Competition, all entrants are deemed to accept these Terms and all other terms and conditions. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, change the dates of entry into the Competition and/or the dates on which the Competition will be promoted and the Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw these Terms and all other terms and Conditions and/or the Competitions without prior notice.

10. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed and performed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.
